Nugenesis Dip Liquid Activator #3 (2oz)

 (LIQUIDS ARE NON-RETURNABLE/NON-REFUNDABLE.)

Activator #3: Apply NUGENESIS NAIL ACTIVATOR LIQUID and allow to air dry for approximately 30 seconds. Afterwards, buff nails using an electric nail file with a fine sandpaper bit or a very fine buffer. Wash & dry hands before the next step with water only – NO SOAP. Apply a second layer of activator liquid.
